お客様の個人情報のお取り扱いについて

お客様に入力いただきました個人情報につきましては、株式会社JVCケンウッド（以下当社）および当社グループ関係会社にて、下記の通り、お取り扱いいたします。

＜個人情報の保管＞
お客様の個人情報は、『JVCケンウッドグループ　個人情報保護方針』に則して適切に管理し、当社が必要と判断する期間、保管させていただきます。

＜第三者への情報の提供・開示＞
下記の場合を除き、お客様の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供または開示することはありません。

・上記利用目的のために、協力会社に業務委託する場合。なお、当該協力会社に対しては、適切な管理と利用目的外の使用をさせない措置をとります。

・法令に基づいて、司法、行政またはこれに類する機関から情報開示の要請を受けた場合。

＜16歳未満のお客様の個人情報について＞

当社グループは取り扱う個人データの漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の個人データの安全管理のために、法令（「個人情報の保護に関する法律」、及び所管官庁が定めるガイドライン（個人情報保護委員会所管の「個人情報の保護に関する基本方針」、「個人情報の保護に関する法律についてのガイドライン」等））、及び当社グループのポリシー等に従って、規程、マニュアル、ガイドラインを定め、必要かつ適切な措置（従業員に対する教育を含む。）を講じています。

- When we are requested to disclose personal information by judicial, administrative, or similar organizations in accordance with laws and ordinances.

If a customer under the age of 16 provides personal information to our group, we ask that the customer provide it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
